We often will offer a flat rate shipping price. This allows you to add as much to the order as you’d like and we will not charge you more for shipping!
DOA/Dead On Arrival
In the very rare case an animal passes during shipping we offer a full refund of the animal. The buyer has four hours from receiving the package to file a Dead On Arrival claim. (DOA)
If shipped to the hub buyer has 2 hours from package arriving to pick up.
The claim MUST include…
1. Clear Pictures of dead animal
2.Clear pictures of all 6 sides of the box including a picture of the shipping label
Failure to provide clear pictures and claim within four hours will void the guarantee.
Health claims…
In the very rare occasions an animal does not ship well you can file a health claim Any health claims must be reported within four hours of receiving the package. Please provide pictures of the animal with an explanation of why you feel he/she may be unhealthy. Please provide pictures of the box as well. Health claims are taken care by case to case basis.We are not responsible for any vet bills.
Even after the animal is sent don’t hesitate to ask for care questions, or medical assistance. Although we are not a vet we may be able to direct you. Once our animal always ours!
Sex:
Sex is never Guaranteed UNLESS specifically mentioned in the ad, and or if the price is different for a specific sex.
We have years of experience identifying the sex of each animal. We always double check before sending an animal out but sometimes animals are difficult to sex. But we promise our specialist will try our best
